flo error
« on: May 23, 2016, 08:16:08 pm »
I have a Serenity Hydropool 5000 tub. I used my tub this evening and noticed the water was a little low so added more water to get above the highest jets. I then went to change my filter and for the first time in 8 months since I owned the tub I get a solid FLO error. I reset the tub and turned it off for 30 secs at the breaker switch and removed the fllter a few times to get it back up and running. Not sure what caused this. I also have a GFCI outside that I thought had a switch but it has a handle that you need to pull out towards you This it is called a ac disconnect. When I pulled it out the tub did not turn off but when I put it back in had a few sparks so turned it off back at the panel. Anyone know if you are supposed to remove the ac disconnect in the little grey box outside or just reset the tub with the switch at the electrical box? Also wondering what would have caused the FLO error?
