Hot springs Covercradle vs Covercradle 2

Hi All,
Just bought a Hot Springs Sovereign and trying to understand the difference between the 2 lifters.  Is one better, more durable, easier?   from what I can tell it's 1 lifter/shock vs 2.   Is one more money or a better design?
