Hi Ryan - I have been dealing with Brian and Vincent at your company in Quebec.
We received a tub from you last year...now we are trying to get the Bottom Component from the company in Quebec as they have agreed back in 2013. Our last email reply was in April/14 and we were told it would be shipped in 2-3weeks.
Now when we send and call for info or followups - no replies or info?
We agreed to have the Bottom replaced for free as the unit was damaged last year during shiipping/delivery. Now we are left hanging...hopefully this will work?
As well, ebay has indicated Vortes (Spaworldna) is who has the filter replacement...can you help on this topic, as we require 3 filters??
