Jacuzzi 2005 J375 not working
« on: June 02, 2014, 03:48:48 pm »
I installed a flow switch and all was well for a month now the flow and circulation are on with NO heat so cool sensor is also on!!!:(
last year changed out the circulation pump but never did the heater!! Could the heater have finally gone out now??
Seems like its all going on now that I changed out the flow switch!!
Thank you

It's possible, check and see if there is 220 running to the heater.   If so it's a bad heater.   Make sure also it's in std mode and not economy.

As always you are wealth of knowledge !!
I will check later and let you know!
Would the heater be the result of all the other issues coming on the display?

 No.

Right now you have no error codes and circ pump is running as it should, just no heat?

As long as it says flo the heater will not come on.   So you replaced the flo switch and the circ pump is running?   If so put your hand on the circ pump side where the filter screws in, side with screen on it and confirm you have suction.  If not its probably a bad circ pump. It's possibly a bad connection on flow sensor to board, or a bad circuit board..    Filter is clean and no air lock.   You need to get that error off there before replacing the heater..
