Interesting that most of the leaks from full foam and parimeter foam tubs are in the equipment bay.  Were most pump seals?   I hope you disn't work on too many Artics. :)

Pump seals, heater gaskets, sensor seals, valve connections. Most of my repairs aren't leaks, there malfunction.
Agreed....Especially a valve/pump connection collar as when a tub gets moved and gets shifted on its side a few times, bounced all over on a trailer on the road and on a cart into the backyard, Its very possible a simple 1/16 turn is needed to snug up a fitting that was supporting heavy valves or possibly a pump that shifted so very slightly during a move and over the road how many hundreds of miles and potholes later.
