Used only 10 times in 2 years?
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

14 new,  9500 for a two year old would be good..   If he paid 18 originally that would make for a happy dealer, unless it's in Canada..

If the guy had the money to pay 18 he may let it go at that price,  or he will tell him o FO.
