Jacuzzi 365

Looking at 2012 Jacuzzi 365 in NC. Have already done wet test and really like it.  ( also wet tested a few Hydro pool tubs and Marquis tubs.)   The Jacuzzi seems to fit us well and husband really likes the foot jets.  Dealer dropped pricing to 8500 with 500 rebate from Jacuzzi now .  Is $8000 reasonable for this tub? It is the 2012 model with clearray. Comes with steps, cover, lifter, startup chemicals and Nature 2 cartridge. Dealer is also willing to haul off our old hot tub - old Nordic. Was going to test Optima but no dealers anywhere close by.
We had some concerns about 24/7 circulation pump, but according to dealer this has the improved larger circulation pump.  Anyone know how this pump is?

Is this a good tub for this price point? Dealer also recommended not using bromine with this tub.  Only clorine and shock?  Any advise on chemicals with this system would be great.

That seems fair for a 365. We have a 335 and like it a lot. So far we have been impressed with the Jacuzzi products and their local dealer.

Welcome to the forum.  I  haven't actively price shopped in years, but that seems like a fair value for a good tub.   I hope it works out well for you.

Very good price.   And yes the highflow circ pump is much better than the smaller laing.

Why was the dealer against Bromine?; Just wondering what there reason was.

Thanks for the replies.  Looks like we are going to be Jacuzzi owners.  Dealer is about 1 1/2 hours away but said he would not charge trip charges while under warranty.  I think he was not fond of bromine due to the smell and thought it would break down pillows and cover faster than other chemicals.
Beautiful tub with Sand inside and Teak outside. Will look great outside a log home.
So hard to know if you are making a good deal on price - appreciate your replies.
But is Jacuzzi Jim says its a good deal I feel a lot better.  :)  Any other thoughts on chemical use for this tub?
