We have a home show this weekend as well. Three days. We had the lawn & garden show two weeks ago and traffic was very good and we had really good numbers. Hoping for the same this weekend, but it usually isnt as busy as our garden show. Plus, we are the only hot tub dealer that is in the home show. Good luck this weekend Jim!

just got done with a big home & garden show...it ran wed. through yesterday. The usual suspects were at the show: Us, Sundance/Jacuzzi, Artic, Maax, CalSpa, and Marquis...from everything I heard everyone exceeded last years numbers including us which is a good sign.

Our's was pretty much a bust. Lot's of stoves and fireplaces sold with only a couple of spa's sold I do have a few leads and site visits this week though so will see how those pan out? Only two spa dealers there, us with Jacuzzi and another with Coast and D1 Sundance,Hot Spring,Marquis and Beachcomber all dropped out infact the Beachcomber guy went under last year.
The fact there was a state basketball tournament going on out of town with local HS teams playing didn't help.

Ours wasn't that great either. We ended up scratching out five, but we really had to work for it. All in all though, with the traffic being slow, and being the only hot tub dealer there, we thought it was pretty good. There is a local Hot Spring, Sundance, Master & Emerald dealer in our area, and none of them are in the home shows anymore. Not sure why that is. We are not complaining though. We have had little to no winter, and boy has it really helped! We are off to our best start ever. Hope we can keep it rolling!
