For the independent guy your right its not a money maker,,, But i think there are alot of dealers like ourselves that do our own work,, but the warranty service is part of the game,,, but i can tell you that most of our srvice jobs we do take less than an hour, very seldom have leaks to fix,, but our manufacturer pays more for those....what helps for us is we have a lot of customers buy chemicals while we are there..
