Hard to believe my tub's almost three years old.  The cover's getting heavy which is making me wonder if other things like the pumps need addressing.  Is there something I can to be proactive in keeping my tub happy and healthy?  I seem to remember there are some seals in the pump that should be replaced from time to time.

Any insight? If it matters I use the tub once a week, usually by myself, and keep the water chemistry where it should be...

The pump seals only need to be replaced if they are leaking.  There isn't really much for preventative maintenance on the equipment.  Just make sure the water chemistry is good.
