Hi,
We just came home from vacation to a cold hot tub. It is showing three small dots in the display. If I remember correctly, that means something about flow. The heater icon is on, but no amp draw on power wires. All pumps work, circu. pump is on. I removed all filters, reset hot tub, but three dots remain and heater is not on. I havn't open cabinet yet, it's to cold, it can wait for this weekend (80 degrees, maybe). Does anyone know where I can get a service manual (not owner manual) and/or a wiring diagram? The warrany on the heater runs out the beginning of May!

Thanks
John

Could be the flow switch failed?  It also may be just  a air lock if your sure the circ pump is running, remove the circ filter and that funky stem underneath it, use a garden hose to purge the air out.

A failed heater wont give you the 3 dots.   A failed circ pmp, bad flow switch or an air lock will.  Not to mention a dirty filter will as well!

Should be able to download a manual from there website.

Don't think I am leaving anything out?   Good luck!
