A Colorado hot tub manufacturer and distributor admits it's been misleading consumers for about a year and a half....

Nawwwww they never intentionally mislead anyone. Blame it on the guy that left! I am embarrassed for Rick.

I've NEVER brought up UL certification during a sales presentation....customers are much more interested in hearing about NSF P181 nowadays.
