RIP Roger Falcone
« on: August 14, 2007, 12:02:15 pm »
The World's Greatest Spa Salesman passed away last night. :'(

Roger Falcone had been selling HotSpring Spas around the country for over 20 years and had a lot of friends in this industry.  He was the owner of Spa Professional Associates and would provide dealer support at various fairs, home shows, and events.  He was a very passionate man and wonderful with his customers.  He brought the joys of hydrotherapy to tens of thousands of people over the years and did it the right way.

Roger was the person who recommended that East Texas Spa hire me after interviewing me back in 1999.  He met his future wife Sherrill while working a show for us in Tyler and he moved from San Diego to Texas into a beautiful home on Lake Palestine.  Once he got moved in, he became an official Texan!

Roger was great at relating to people from all walks of life.  He was never a know-it-all, but would constantly ask questions about everything, he was always striving towards understanding what the customers wanted.

Roger leaves behind a wife and children and many, many close friends.  He and my boss had sat down last night and had a good talk about life in general.  Roger was upbeat and excited about the future.  He later suffered an apparent heart attack while listening to karaoke at a local establishment.

Roger was a great guy, a good friend, and we will all miss him.

I just heard from Phil (PKUD).  SHOCKING NEWS.

Roger et al have worked events for us for years.  First show was when he worked for NDS and I demanded the best team.

He has been a great contribution to our company and a great friend.

Roger, you will be missed. :'(

The dude could sing and dance, as well as sell hot tubs.

I'm very sorry to hear about the bad news of Roger Falcone. I don't know how old he was but he went way too early. My condolences to the spa community and his family. Life is way too short.........................

Very sad Chris.  If you remember, I spoke with Roger on the phone for about 45 mintues almost a year ago while he was at your store.  He didn't know me from Adam, but he willingly answered all my questions about the spa business and gave me some pointers and insight.  My condolences to his family.

It is sad to see good friends pass, but he left his imprint behind.  We all must go, not by choice, but to remind others to love what you do, and to do what you love, while you are here.  I am sure he lived a full life, but he left too soon.  Our condolences to his family and his loved ones and friends, who will remeber him.
