I dont know if you found one to your liking yet, but I got this in an ACE hardware plant section. I'm sure it was made for hanging plants, but it works for me! One downside is that if you need it to stand on a flat surface, it wont work. It drives into the ground with a forked tip.

I built mine, it looks like a regular purchased coat rack thats free standing. It's made from a 6 foot piece of 2 inch pipe and a bunch of bolts of differet lenghts. The bottom bolts that hold it up are coated in that rubber stuff you dip handles in and the entire thing is sprayed in clear coat after I use a grinder and wire wheel to make a design on it and clean it up.
