re: Are those towels all over the place?

Yeah.....sorry that looks kind of crazy.

I just got the tub this week and don't have all
the "bells & whistles" yet like towel racks,
a bench, music, cover lift, landscaping, ect..

re: With the rock siding can you add cover lift ?

mendocino.....to tell you the truth I am not fond of the
cover lifts aesthetics, but if I go that route I suppose
I could try this type.

Undermount Versa Spa Cover Lift

You simply slide the base plates under your spa
and the weight of your hot tub will keep your lifter
in place. This is one of the easiest lifters to install
on the market today.

Hmm, sounds like something to consider only at the next refill. Would like to see somebody try to slide that sucker in there while it's full!

Congrats Zep!

I have to say, I wasn't fond of the rock sided look, but your's in a real setting (As opposed to a brochure), looks really nice.

I hope you get a ton of enjoyment of out it!

I don't think a lifter will ruin the look of the spa. It's going to lift the cover back to the fence.  A lifter is a great convience, and really saves the cover from getting torn and scuffed.  I strongly recomend them!

once again Congrats!  ;D

DrewStar.....Hey thanks, glad you like it.

Everybody that comes over is like "wow, I've never seen a spa that looks like that.

They really like the rock look.

I plan on adding a bench, landscaping and having some subtle Malibu Lighting around it......

I'll post a pic when it's all done.

By the way, I found a great resource for high end quality outdoor benches.
Click here for a huge variety of benches.

My back fence is only 24 inches from my tub, so I dont
think the lifter could go that way could it?

Although I am not crazy about the look of a lift...I may still get one.

There is a cool fire pit that has the same rock siding.  It would match your tub like it was made for it. I wish I could find the link....

A lifter should fit.   I bet after lifting it a few times (espically so if you  are in an area that gets snow) you'll have a lifter on it soon enough.  ;)

DrewStar.....yeah the firepit looks nice. I wonder if I could tie that into my gas line instead of propane? Let me know if you run across the exact matching one.

As far as the lifter, I live in Dallas which maybe
gets one or two days of snow per year

So snow is not an issue.....but I do have a "sometimes bad back" so I will probably end up with a lifter.

For some reason, I want to say that Cal Spa owns Cal Flame and don't they make outdoor products?

Here's a link to stone firepits. They are offered available with propane or natural gas.

Drewstar.......

You're right Cal Spa does have a whole line of firepits.

Duh, I can't believe I didn't think of that.

I actually already have an OW Lee fire pit,
but my spa is in a smaller different back yard of
my house, so it might be cool to have one near the tub.

I will look into the Cal Spa firepit, because I bet it would be possible to get the exact match.
