Deck cover..

I found this plan for what Family Handyman calls a Deck shelter. I think it is pretty cool in that it would allow a canvas cover to shade the hot tub in the summer.
It could also provide shelter from light snow or rain.

Although, I don't know if png files are recognized/allowed. below is the picture tag formatted correctly. We'll see if it comes up

yuppers! png files are A-ok

If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

Bonibelle,
2 things are going wrong for you. To show a picture that appears in your post, use [*URL][*/URL], with the link to the picture in between and the asterisks removed. (The asterisks are there so the formatting appears in this post.
The other problem is, (I think) it only works with jpeg pictures. The picture you have is PNG picture. I copied your picture and converted it to a JPG. Here it is:

You guys are awsome..now which one wants to come over and build this thing?

I had luck before posting digital pictures from my camera. I scanned this from a magazine. Could I have selected the format at that time or converted it to jpg and it would have worked like my digital pictures?
Or did I just get lucky the first time..?? thanks  ;D

Bonibelle,
My guess is that your digital camera automatically uses jpeg pictures. That's why you didn't have a problem with it the first time.
If you scanned this picture, you should have been able to select and change the format: jpeg, png, bmp, etc. Most scanners have the option to change format.

Ooops! I stand corrected. I tried it too, but the image didn't appear iin the Preview for some reason although I can see it now. I must have done something wrong the 1st time around. ::) Go figure.
Thanks Doc,

...build it? :O You must be talking to Doc, not me.
As my wife can testify, you wouldn't want me to build it. I don't get along with hammers and screws and nails and things like that. I can measure three times and still have it too short...or too long!
Give me a computer anyday...;D
