Testing to see if I'm able to "borrow" bandwidth/grin. Takes me a minute or 2 after viewsource,to locate the pic on the TaBlEs ;)

If this works/lasts,I'll uplink select others from the cruise.

This pic is of yours truly, next to the hot-tub,that overhangs the ship.

Question Bill, you have your cruise booked in 500 and some odd days lol.....I'm takin you have your room and room number booked, correct? If so,what room?  ;)

Can't wait to try Chops.  We have 8312 booked, are on a wait list for 8542.  If I pay it off early I may see about upgrading. Love those balconies.

We tried it a few times. We tried it during mid-day....and the other time was around 9ish pm. As we went in Sept,it wasn't cold outside.  Yes the tub was warm, guessing, the temp was 99-100. You could see the bottom,so that was a sign it was fairly clean. It's not sparkling like my tub at home, but was content in my thinking it was safe lol.  It had several buttons on the top that you could push, which I did,but they didn't seem to do anything.  It has like 15 jets/orafices.....but they don't do much.

I noticed no foam, which surprised me as I expected to see mega foam at a public spa.

It wasn't crowded at all,in fact, several times it was just the wife and I in the hot-tub.

The pools are a diffferent story lol. Those appeared semi dirty, and the times we went in em,you could see stuff in the water, which I guess is expected as they are used constantly.

If I'm not mistaken...8542 is on the hump. You'll love that room if you can get it!  The wife says the aft rooms are also desirable rooms.  She has us booked in an aft room junior suite(big room/big balcony)  for a 5 day cruise in may,and has us booked in a junior suite on the hump for a seven day cruise on the new sister boat of Freedom.

She booked junior suites as,you get double credit as far as diamond/platinum status and or member.  In the long run,if you plan on cruising alot,it will pay for itself after 3-4 cruises.

Are you flying to Miami,or driving?

Hey Auto,

Overall I was very happy with the trip.  I tried to make that clear at the end of my post. The weather worked in our favor, we found a few good resturants, and had a great time. Given the price we paid, it was a great deal.  I was dispointed in the ship and food, and the crowd and atmosphere was less than the "elegant luxary" my wife and I had hoped for, but make no mistake about it, I had a great time.  I did review the ship and experience a bit more critically than I would in casual conversation with some  folks, because it seems that there are some serious cruisers in our group and I was attempting to give them and others,  info they could use in makeing decsions about cruises.

Funny.  My first day home, I went up the road to have a drink and get some take out, and the guy sitting next to me at the lounge starts talking about his cruise to Bermuda. Came to find out we were both on the cruise. He goes on the same cruise every two years, and one of the first things he said was "the food was lousy, and in the 4 times he's gone, the crowd on this trip seemed a bit off. Not the normal bunch of people you'd expect to find on a cruise.

Oh well.   It's all good.  :D
