A new dealer in town is carrying this line.   I was wondering if anyone has seen or heard of them.  Dealer sold Dimension One and says these are better.  What is your opinions.

Are they the mid line from Artesian...there is also a  spa company out of Fontana California with name like that ....In either case to say they are better than D-1 is very debatable....

Has any dealer ever changed over to sell a spa that wasn't better than the one they previously sold?

The dealer in this case said they were better, but he didn't say WHO they were better for.

It's not Islander Series, Artisan.  I shopped the store last week.  The spas have an automatic brominator.  When asked how it works she said..."you put about 10 pounds [of bromine] into the spa [pointing to the footwell]  then adjust the knob to the right setting"

I love it when we get a new competitor! 8)

Ditto...also noticed that their biggest tub 91x91 weighs 590 pounds. Doesn't seems to be much material to me.

I know there is some dealer somewhere in the midwest that carries d1 and islander.  The saleslady there has a thing for the Islanders and hates D1.

This is a manufacturer that has been bankrupt at least
5 times in the last 10 years.  Each time they have changed their name and Islander is the new name.

My encouragement is to stay away from them.
