Can't help you about a dealer in San Diego but email Artesian or give them a call on Monday.
They are great for returning emails and maybe their website is wrong or they didn't update it if the dealer went out of business.
Unfortunately, they don't have a lot of dealers (at least here in the New York, New Jersey and Penn area), their dealer network is very sparse as far as I can tell.
