I have what I thought was a 2002 Sundance Cameo.  Finally going to have to give in and get a new cover after repairing the hinge a few times.  Been glued to many times.  Cover measures 91" which sites say is a 2000 model.  Anyhow thinking of getting it from the spa depot.  Would like to get a new lift that is easier on the hinge.  Any suggestions?

Depending on the clearance you have behind the spa, I would use either a Covermate 1 or Covermate 2 from Leisure Concepts.  My only concern is I thought Leisure Concepts has special brackets for Sundance due to the corner radius.  I'm not sure if the standard Covermate 1 would work or if you have to have the Sundance brackets.
