The Frog system uses different minerals more tailored to Bromine. The Nature 2 Mineral system is more tailored to dichlor.

Frog just came out the @ease program that you can get with dichlor through you're local dealer

I,m using dichloor bleach method.

You're question is NOT clear.

Are you asking if the Frog is NOT recommended to be used with chlorine? Are you asking if the frog is not recommended to be used at all?  Are you asking if the frog is not recommended to be used in the netherlands? Are you asking if the Frog is NOT recommended to be used in Caldera Spas?
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.
