Won't turn on after cleaning

My hot tub was working fine when I unplugged for routine cleaning.  When I plugged the main power cord back in, it trips within a few seconds.  I opened hot tub main panel cover and unplugged hi-limit and t-stat cords.  Plugged main power cord back in and now red power light is flashing and I can hear water moving.  Can't do anything with display panel.

Something isn't operating properly, or is broken.






Not a lot anyone here can do knowing only that you have SOME TYPE of hot tub.








You might try reposting, starting with, I have a 20xx, xyz brand, model abc hot tub........
