NICE work cutting it.

FYI, there's a spa manufacturer that did some preliminary testing and determined that a floating blanket adds R-10 worth of insulation value to the hard insulating cover.
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

I've had a problem with tennis elbow, which made it a little more of a challenge using the scissors.
But if you take your time, it is pretty easy to do.
