Only image I have, which is only similar. My tub is wider (and deeper) than this picture, and there's two benches, one at either end.

As I said in a previous post, love your tubs!
I'd hang some old horse saddle on that trellis and put an old beat up pair of cowboy boots up on the top area for decoration; those tubs have that cool wild west look to them...

It's heated from a heat exchanger system with my gas domestic hot water heater.
