We recently bought a house that has a 2008 Thermo Spa Concord on the patio. Everything seems to be in working order however the top panel controls are very flaky. This tub uses the TS702 panel (seems to be touch control, vs physical buttons). I have to rapidly tap/press a button sometimes 10+ times for it to recognize the action. All the buttons seem to work in that they eventually perform their function after many pushes (ie lights work, pumps work, blower works etc) and the display seems fine. One weird thing is if I press temp down several times, the digital temp display flips over from a reading in the tub orientation to a reading outside the tub orientation. Any ideas, this is my first time having a hot tub.
