Anyone hear of or have any information on Thermospas filing bankruptcy.

The only thing that surprises me is that this did not occur sooner.  They ALWAYS had a dismal business model of SEVERELY overcharging for their products.  Why anyone paid them $14K for a $8K tub is beyond me.

In reading the list of (over 400) creditors, I was not really surprised to see that by far, most are advertisers. Including one spa forum website and Big Fish ("Spa Search") publications.

I guess most manufacturers would have a larger list of materials suppliers, and a smaller list of advertising outlets.
