Please advise: pumps don't start

Came back from a week vacation to find a thrown spa breaker, and now the pumps don't start - they just click. Also the heater light is on but the tub is 54F.
2-3 yr old Cal Spas Avalon.

Anything I can try before calling for parts/repairs? And who can I call in ZIP code 91711?

Got the pumps started - half the breaker was still thrown and I didn't notice. Hate these old breakers.

Still would like a referral and - should I be concerned that the tub threw the breaker(s)? First time....
