Tatum/Living Waters Letter
« on: March 31, 2009, 11:53:37 am »
Good Evening Everyone,
I am emailing you to inform each of you that Living Water Products is
unfortunately no longer manufacturing at this time, nor are they
honoring
the manufacturers warranty. I also want to provide each of you my
contact
information as I will no longer have this email address. I do want to
inform

you that their is still support for your customers. We will also provide

parts for them. We can no longer purchase parts from Tatum
manufacturing,
and are working diligently to start new relationships with vendors to
assist

our customers as well as yourselves. We unfortunately will not be able
to
cover parts under warranty. We are going to assist customers with
honoring
them a 20% discount on their first purchase of parts. Our office will
not be

24 hours, but will be open Mon - Sat from 8a - 9p EST. I can not
apologize
enough to all that I have not been able to follow up with or assist this

week. I have been in meetings and all over the place, and for not
succeeding

and living up to my (or your) expectations, I am truly sorry. Please do
not
hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting
assistance - anytime.

Here is my personal email address. Once I have my new email address - I
will

provide to all.

Respectfully,

Brian Jones

That is mighty nice of them to offer a 20% discount on parts but tell you to kiss #@* on warranty.  :o

Is that a 20% discount off wholesale, or MSRP?  ;D
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

That discount is of course only on that initial purchase so I guess they're trying to get you to make one BIG purchase that first time out!  ;)

Who are they?  Is it legal?  Shouldn't bankruptcy courts control the assets?
