303 is an excellent product to use on your spa cover. I believe you can get it in large volume bottles from boat dealers. I buy mine from my spa dealer..just because I think we all need to support our dealers in any way that we can right now ;) :)
Support your dealer so they can support you!

Spa retailers typically carry the 8 oz and 16 oz sizes.  2-3 oz. uses does a treatment, so a 16 oz bottle should last around 6 months.  Some spa retailers also carry the 32 oz and gallon sizes, but you may need to go to a boat dealer as Bonibelle mentioned to get the larger sizes if you really want them.

As far as whether it works...  we've never found anything as good for our covers in our 26 years of manufacturing.  That UV screening agent along with their moisturizers really sets the product apart.  I know other brands have now jumped on the UV screening bandwagon, but until 303 is topped it's we will continue to recommend to our covers' owners.

You can get it in larger quantities at discount marine supply stores (West Marine, etc.).  303 is great stuff to have around for anything exposed to UV effects or harsh conditions.  It is recommended for our kayaks (plastic or fiberglass), the seals on our drysuits, the grill cover, etc.  Use it on the spa cover and other things around the house subject to uv stress.

Is it okay to use 303 on the headrests/cushions in the hot tub?  Will it cause problems with the water?

Thanks!

To a point.  The same bottle at the boat store is $7.99 and $19.99 at the hot tub store.

Bill, you're right in that some spa dealers jack up the price too much.  Not exactly the smartest thing to do IMHO.  But a lot of us sell it at the price points that are in the marine supply chain.  I think we're around $8 on the 8oz and $12 on the 16oz.  Is it a lot cheaper from the marine discount chains?  I hate to admit that I don't do a lot of op research on the 303 line.

Even before I got my hot tub I was using it on the dashboards and vinyl interiors of my cars.  It is the best of any plastic preserver I have ever found.  Goes on easy and does not give you the greasy feel of some of the other similar products.  The "old car" guys have been using it for years.  I get mine through the mail from a SPA dealer.
