Cover lift
«

I have purchased a new HT and need to decide on the cover lift. I have narrowed it down to the Covermate I or the covermate III by Leisure Concepts. The only concern with the Covermate III is it looks like it crowds one end of the tub because the cover doesn't actual drop down behind the tub like the covermate I. I have enough space in the back to use the Covermate I. It is hard to tell in a picture.
Any feedback on this topic would be appreciated.
Thanks

If you have the space in the back, use the CM1. CM3 is designed for tight spaces.

Although, I have the Covermate III with plenty of space behind it. However, the way it sticks up works nicely to give me privacy in that direction. And it's a lot easier to operate with the hydraulic piston assist.
