water hardness
« on: November 12, 2008, 07:05:01 pm »
water hardness is my problem.  I added too much chemicals to bring it up, now I think it's too high.  It is at 600.  What can I do exept to drain some water and add plain water?  Any help, please.

Thanks in advance.

You can drain some water out and refill.  ;)    You would probably be ok with it if you wanted to leave it and just use the tub refill as needed its up to you.

Thanks for the info.  I think I will take your advice and just refill as needed.

If you leave as is, be sure your pH does not get above acceptable levels as scaling can occur.
