Good to be back for a bit...It's been a tough few years personally and the myopic bickering of brands seemed trivial compared to some of that so I just chose to bow out.

People often can't see the forest for the trees when someone pokes a stick at their sacred cow and I usually was holding the stick.

I learned a rough lesson through the cancer but an even rougher one when my father died on the 4th of july and I went to get his house in order...there was a lot of things I could have helped him with when he was still alive but I was to busy...much of it took me ONE DAY and yet I was just to busy until he died.

I have been pretty dissapointed in the industry as of late because we spend so much time positioning ourselves by brand that we are not increasing the consumers knowledge of owning a spa.

Weber Grills did a better job of markting to the public the benifits of owning a grill then all the spa manufactures have done combined for owning a spa.

My goal when I came on this board several years ago was to help consumers with problems however....The tone of the board was that of a bragging and shopping environment and I found myself fighting what I saw as injustice, false claims and defending my own brands. That caused me to rethink the time I spent here

Thanks again Bill...

Good post.

My 87 year old mom was in an auto accident, so, we (her "kids") have been spending more time with her.

We all need to remember what is important.

And Stuart is right.  By and large when someone posts Jacuzzi or Arctic, or Hot Spring or Sundance, there really isn't much help we can be on this forum.  We can have fun with it; however, let us stay positive.

Let's stress the benefits of the hot tub.

Only each consumer can decide "what's the best hot tub."

Wow Term, thats.... one of the pictures you have posted.

I don't know which is worse, the fact that I looked at it, or the fact that I remember who's picture was there before RS.
