Title: It Finally Happened...
Post by: East_TX_Spa on April 10, 2007, 01:42:25 pm
someone came in and asked if we carried inflatable hot tubs.  I asked why they wanted one like that, it was so they could take it camping with them.

I tried to turn them on to a Solana RX cash and carry for $3500.  They thought $800 for the inflatable spa was "kinda high" and were hoping we had them cheaper.  I told them no and bid them a good day.

Term, I thought your organization had exclusive rights to the Sea Monkey Spa line? Did you have falling out with the RSM?

Term,

I'm curious as to how much money they were expecting to pay for an inflatable spa?

The local Meijer Department store has them for $499 and that includes a 1kw heater.

not a week passes without that question......inflatable tubs must sell like crazy considering the number of times i get requests for them.  but central fla has a high population of naturalist communities so maybe it makes sense for those campers.........it would be nice to hand someone a box charge them 600 dollars and send them on their way......

Even comes with an inflatable cover. It is a poor substitute for a spa but there some that will get suckered in.

I wonder how many of the inflatables get used once or twice
and then end up in the storage shed for ten years?
