Well, we had some friends over last night, and the beer was flowing. It was -28 and freezing cold the wind was 50km/h. I mean really cold, the coldest ever for me outside.
So what does little old drunken me decide to do. I get dared to go and roll in the snow. No big deal, I go for it and it was colder than I even thought.
Now for the bad move, I drop to the ground to roll and hit freezing cold snow which tears my elbow to pieces. I start bleeding and now today, I am missing half the skin on my left elbow. This is worse than a hang over.
Oh well, that will learn me.

Bosco,
I can feel your pain! Years ago we were skiing in Quebec during a very warm spell and being young and stupid a couple of us decided to wear shorts OOOOPPPPS!!!! We came back from vacation looking like we were in a motorcycle accident :-[ :( :-[

I didn't know snow could do that!
Hope you feel better soon....perhaps some more beer would help? ;)

another beer??? I think that was the problem in the first place. Today I have had ice on it, trying to slow down the burning. It almost feels like frost bite a bit.

Yeah, I slipped once getting out of my tub. The nice green lawn was tough to land on, but I managed.
Hope you heal quickly.
