I've had a bad sore throat today, so I left work early. As soon a I got home, I drug out the trouble light and extension cord. I opened the cover and saw the tub was at 75. knowing it was at 72 last night, I thought? Could it be? Sure enough, the pump is working and the spa is heating. The tech from Spa and hot tub Outlet stopped by later with the bill. He had gotten the pump and installed it immediately as promised. So I will be soaking tonight. The only part remaining is, the bill was $122. I know the pump would be way more than that, but I expected to pay the $75 service call, but an additional $40 for 1/2 hour labor? One more call to Dynasty. ::)

Bill, Great news. I was starting to get worried as we know bad things happen in threes. First the Buckeyes get blown up by the Gators and then the tub goes. Who knows what could be next? ;D ;D At least now you can soak away any bad karma that might have developed in this run of bad luck. ;)

I did call Dynasty and they said I shouldn't have paid the $40 for labor, but sometimes the dealer wants it up front and I have to get reimbursed from Dynasty. Well, on the bright side, I'll have 40 extra reward points on my Visa.

Are you sure that your pump was not just clogged with misplaced grey hair? ;)
Happens to mine all time but it's back hair ;D
