Wow!!!!
We drained our water for the first time since our purchase of the LA Spa Paradise H2.
We drained- no problem.
We filled-no problem.
Then...
When we turned on pump 3 it did not come on...hmmm?
We called the dealer and within ten (THAT'S 10) minutes a techie was here with tool kit in hand!
It turns out that there was an air bubble in the line. All he had to do was "burp" it.
I'm glad there was no real problem, but if it had been, it's nice to know that they were johnny on the spot!
Now, we know how to burp it ourselves, should that ever happen again. ;)

Now thats an awesome customer service story!
Way to go......LA SPAS!

Thats some good service alright.
I bet its not like that all the time. Probably just the right call and the tech was in the right place. (I could be wrong)

Let's give the dealer credit. LA Spas had nothing to do with it.
Way to go, dealer! :D

HOtTub,
You are right...credit to the dealer! They just happen to sell LA Spa.
Even though I live only 2 miles from the dealer, they still didn't have to respond that quickly. I will give them a 10 for outstanding service.
