it looks like an old costco tub display.

Sorry, that's the only pic I have. I was hoping from the oval shape, and the display directly above the 6 buttons, someone would recognize it.

it looks close to a pinnacle  control pad    but appears to be off some sort of small tub

Pinnacle is also the closest I got, but, the button arrangement is slightly off, and it looks to be missing a button just to the left of the display to invert the readout.
