Title: Alkaline High??

Our alkaline is high - we were given an alkaline increaser, but not a reducer (is there such a thing)??  What causes this?  What should we do?

Sodium bisulfate is a alk and ph decreaser. It's also called PH Down or Spa Down.

I'm not sure - my husband will look when he gets home - I have no idea where he put the chems!
