Is it necesarry to clean the filters when the spa is not in use for a while (e.a. 2 weeks)

It depends on a lot of things. Pull them out and give them an inspection.

Probably not, but I too would suggest giving them an inspection.

I would clean them on a new spa after the first 2 weeks then check them every month after that, unless you have lots of partys with lots of use then you might want to check them even more often. Sometimes all they need is to be hosed off. Hope you don't have one of those with a bunch of filters.

Regular biweekly hosing/rinsing is a good thing. 8-)

i do it every 2 day's

It depends on the number of filters, their sq. footage, and bypass.

do what every 2 days?

I aways say it wouldn't hurt, I hose mine off each week when I do my shock etc.

If the water was clean, and the tub kept closed, and the filters weren't dirty. I wouldn't worry about it. I'd bump your schedule out accordingly by the time the tub wasn't used.
if the filters were dirty and they were "just about due" for a cleaning, I'd get them out of my water and not let them soak in the tub for any longer than nessecary.
I use my tub about 2-3 times a week, and wash them once a month without probelms. (Standard pleated 65 sq ft cartridge filter).
