Title: Baja tubs?
Post by: spa-ing on September 14, 2006, 01:47:16 pm
We had a minor leak repaired in our 1997 Home Depot Jaccuzzi Echo series tub. The guy who came out was a nice guy and said for years he carried the Baja line of tubs. However searching this site and others I don't find much written on this manfacturer. Are they any good? Or can you point me to a review site with some traffic on it?  The guy said he thought they were some of the best in the business.

My dad has a 5 year old small 4 person tub from Baja.

The good:

The tub has been relatively trouble free.
Pretty good jet action
Built in Bromine filtration system works well
Inexpensive compared to major brands.

The bad:

Costs him about $80 a month to run in Tucson, AZ (not cold) winters
Wood siding is falling apart.
