A quote from one of Jim's loyal followers:
"Jim was even kind enough to let me work on one of his Spas that was owned nearby, and I saw first hand how it all makes sense. The owner had another brand that really didn't work well, that is now perfectly happy with one of the more basic models Jim sells. I was even able to help them with programming issues that led to premature wear of relays on the control board, and I got that kind of confidence to help an owner, without being an owner myself, by Chatting with the likes of Jim here on this forum."
Maybe if we're ALL nice enough, Jim will be kind enough to let us get a chance to work on a H*ven owner's spa too! How he was thick enough to think that sheds a positive light is beyond me. :-?

I saw that too!
WTF?
"I'm sending Gus over to fix your tub. Huh? What? Oh, Gus, no he's not a tech, he's a guy on the internet that I spoke to and I'm sure he'll be fine. He stayed in a holiday inn last night".
Yup. That's some fine crack service system you got there. Jim. Actually he doesn't have a service team at all.
I wonder if ALL of jimmy's techs are Unreal Ones? ;)
;D ;D ;D

He doesn't have techs. He has the Yellow pages.
Just look under the category "Goobers" and pick the cheapest one.

Oh...I'm sure Jim does a * complete* check on who he finds to fix your tub before sending them out to your house.
