My husband had his dr. write a prescription/scrip that our hot tub is needed for therapeutic purposes. This allowed us to buy without paying the sales tax. The wording on the prescription has to specific- our dealer advised us how to have it worded. (We live in Florida.)

My back/shoulder doctor gladly wrote
me an RX for my new tub last spring.

Saved the Texas sales tax.

Am curious to know what the benefit's of a hot tub to Meniere's disease is. Not trying to be funny because maybe there are benefits for it. And I know that Meniere's disease can be quite disabling.

Meniere's disease is a disorder of the inner ear as I understand it, possibly from abnormal fluid build up, that can result in episodic rotational vertigo along with tinnitus and hearing loss.

If you can get a script for it I am all for that but is a hot tub thought to help relieve the sensation or fluid build up somehow?

Thanks!
