Hello to all. Thx for the forum -- lots of expertise here.
While we're refurbishing our decks and landscaping the yard, we decided to get a spa. Wet-tested several -- Hot Springs and Tiger River -- at a dealer in north central Arkansas. We're leaning toward the Grandee (for some reason the lounges on the Vista and Envoy were horrible fits for my family).
Just wondering if the prices quoted are in line (although if anyone has other advice, I'd certainly appreciate it). The quotes supposedly include taxes and an easy lift cover. Not looking for the ultimate killer deal, just don't want to get ripped off. Thx in advance.
Vista: $9195
Grandee: $8795
Envoy: $8195
Sovereign: $7452
Tiger River Caspian: $6995

Those prices are better than I can get here in Iowa. I know becaue I priced each one of those. The price on the Grandee is $605 less than what I can get and it does not include anything.

Those prices are fantastic!! By chance, North Central Arkansas? Mountain Home? If so, beautiful area. I have visited there before and loved it.

You say the prices include taxes and cover lifter. I assume steps and delivary as well? also consider an ozinator.
I paid $7200 last year for an 05 Caspaian (cover, lifter, steps, ozone and delivery). I live in Central MA.
From my experience the prices you posted seem decent.
Good luck.

Excellent prices across the board.

Here are the quotes I have for the Soverign and Caspian.
Soverign HP: $7195
Caspian: $6795
This is before tax and includes everything.
Considering tax is about $400 or so, it looks like you are getting a good price.
I'm purchasing a Caspian. That's a great tub. We were about to get a Soverign, but liked the Caspian better after a wet-test.

Thanks. I read about 30 pages back in this forum and did a bunch of searches this weekend. There is a TON of info on here for anyone with or buying a spa.

You're right, there is a fantasmagorical amount of factual and fantasy information abundantly presented here. I learn something new every day!

you're right -- mountain home is a beautiful area. a couple of years ago, outside mag listed it as one of the great spots in the u.s.
we live around heber springs, about an hour south of mountain home. fantastic resort area on a big lake with world class trout fishing.

also consider an ozinator.
I definately agree, I'd highly recommend getting one.
'06 Hot Springs will include ozone standard. Tiger River still has it as an option.
And BTW, those prices are great.
Good luck!
