Well folks - I'm definitely more 'laid back' now that I've had my tub for over a month. I've learned that 'less is more' and that water chemistry doesn't have to be a PhD required program! When I can figure out how to get my digital photos uploaded to this site - I'll show you all my set up!
I love my spa and am very pleased with the support I've received from my dealer AND all the folks here. :)
I believe that this forum is all about a 'community' sharing what works and what doesn't work, offering a free exchange of ideas and experience for the new and more experienced. Thanks to all of you for being there and being who you are and sharing what you know!

Here goes - my attempt at posting a picture of my 'set up'

Sweet setup!! :) Thanks for sharing!
Not to far of a walk huh?

Looks great. Like the lights above. It just fits. Keeps the rain off of it. I see you got the hang of the pictures. Wasn't to hard was it.

My neighbor did that with the christmas lights all around the spa. Looks great at night.
-
the set up looks great!!
may you have clear, hot, bubbly water all the time.

The Christmas lights are a 'left over' until I find year round lights that fit. I like the 'short walk' - from my bedroom - that's the whole point isn't it - convenience!
The steps are being repainted right now - to match the new spa - old spa was redwood (RIP).

SurgTec, Your set up is beautiful. That has to be the perfect place, right outside of your bedroom. :)

When I can figure out how to make my image files smaller for image shack - I'll show you the other side of the patio - the pool. I am very 'spoiled' - we have a beautiful screen enclosure with a 15' x 30' pool - solar heated.
Spoiling ourselves is what makes life worthwhile. We all work hard for what we have - and tomorrow is guaranteed to NO ONE - so live and love for today.
