Title: Oh Yes!  Honey Mango!
Post by: luvmytub on March 01, 2006, 07:47:21 am
Spazazz!  We got to make a trip to our spa dealer this weekend and I picked up some Honey Mango after reading recommendations for it from some of you.  Yummy!  It's my new favorite.  I love it.

Thanks, guys!

Wow! Do you eat it, massage it in, dump it in your tub or use it for a lubricant?

Yes.  ;D

Any negatives  with water wuality using these scents?  I've always stayed away as my wife has a sensitivity to a lot of the scents (poporiuir, candles and even Frebreeze).

My skin is very sensitive.  I cannot use anything with mineral oil in it and have to be very careful with bath oils, lotions, etc.

So far, no problems at all with the Spazazz.  I've tried four different scents and haven't had a problem with any of them yet.  My water quality doesn't seem to be affected by it, either.  My water is clear and pretty.  I did get some test strips, finally. My sanitizer levels were too high :o.  I tested again yesterday, and it looked like they are starting to come down to the "ideal" color levels now.  I think I was adding too much too often.

I usually sprinkle about a tablespoon of the Spazazz crystals in the water while the jets are going.  I haven't tried the oil, just the crystals.

Just use it in moderation.  We quit carrying it as customer's tended to overdo it and it would clog their filters.

I really liked the mahogany (it wasn't as foo-foo smelling as some of the others).  The eucalyptus is great if you have a cold.

Not to my knowledge, but it does come in cucumber, or did at one time.

Heck, why not asparagus?

OOPS!  Moderation....I have trouble with that, doing things in moderation ;D ::).  So Term, define moderation.  How often would you say is safe to use it?  I don't want to screw up my $$ filters.

My wife is the same way.  We usually used the liquid and I would tell her to only put a capful in.  By her reckoning, if a capful smells good, half a bottle will smell great.  It don't work that way.

As big as your spa is, you should only use 2 teaspoons every other time you soak, in my expert opinion.

I love that scent too! I actually have the Crystals. Those ones aren't supposed to clog up the filters as easily and I think that the scent lasts longer than the elixirs. Another great one to try is the Grapefruit Orange! As for Asparagus, I don't think that would sell well. How about motor oil or Cashew Chicken scented??   ::)

as long as they stay away from beer, sausage and saurkraut, I think they may be ok....

I agree, we use the Spazazz crystals and the Honey Mango is our favorite too !

Next in line is the Tropical Rain scent.

I guess I will cut down on the amount I sprinkle in the tub.  Based on Term's comments, I was overdoing it as well.
