Title: How do you post a digital picture?

Could someone explain how to post pictures from your computer to this forum?

First you need to upload your pic to a web site.  I use Photobucket but most any will do that stores the pic on its own server.

Then you need to copy the url of the pic and paste it into the body of the message you are going to post.

But unless you put the secret code before and after the url it will just show the address and not the pic.

Here is an example:

(http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d3/VeroSnowbird/Popeye.gif)

If you click 'quote' in the upper right you will see the format.

You first need to download the picture from the camera to your PC. Then after registering with Imageshack, you can browse your picture folder ("My Pictures on XP") though their web site. You then upload the picture you choose to your personal space on the site, and then can transfer it to whatever other site you want. (Somewhere in the archives is a much better guide on how to do this, but I could'nt find it.)

This: (without the extra [ spaces)
