Watch Monster House Monday night. It's kind of a strange Home Improvement show on the Discovery Channel. I believe one of the major spa manufacturers donated a spa for the show.

DSC Discovery Channel 12/12/05 7:00 PM (et/pt) and 11:00 PM (et/pt) Â Monster House
Tinsel Town
The Niles house entertained its share of celebrities - Bob Hope, Ronald Reagan and Frank Sinatra are just a few- but years of neglect has taken its toll. Steve and his builders will bring this Tinsel Town home back to its original splendor.

Thanks for the heads up.

I used to watch Monster House quite a bit (it is on before American Chopper). CalSpas has participated in several projects, supplying spas and barbeque equipment. On project added marble tile and faux marble columns around a spa to create a "Roman Bath". It was pretty cool!

Damm it! You ruined it for me ;) I recorded and am watching Elton's concert now.

How thoughtless of me :o
At least you can anxiously wait to find out what model and color it is ;)

Problem is it is always a CalSPa - hard to watch the show after knowing that the people will be stuck with repair bills.

What-ever! :-/

Well usually it is a CalSpa

Anybody else watch the show? I thought it was a pretty good episode.
The promotional credits for the spa went to the local Hotspring dealer (Lifestyle) and not the factory. Seems like a big donation for an independent dealer.

Agreed. I was a little dissapointed that the hot tub portion of it was a bit of an afterthought. I usually don't watch the show, but this one was somewhat interesting, though the floating bar was about the stupidest thing I have seen. I'd love the outdoor theater though.
