Title: MAAX Spas in Canada

Is anyone else having problems getting warrenty parts from MAAX? On Waterway parts we are as much as a month and a half out on parts. Someone there slipped and said there was an issue with a credit hold because of moving everything to AZ.

How about you Coleman dealers, is that going smooth?

Our parts for Coleman are arriving 2 - 4 days from order date from Chandler to Ontario Canada.
Everything has been smooth.

Well of course...We ship up there fine but I can't seem to get anything from there to here.... ;)

Stuart, I actually used to be the service company for Maax.  I dropped them for this same reason over a year ago.  Good Luck!
