Space is at a premium at my humble abode. I was wondering if it will harm any of my chemicals to store them in one of those outdoor storage cabinets in either summer or winter?
Will the liquids freeze and if so will this harm their function or strength? Will the summer heat harm the function or strength of either the granular or liquid chemcials?

Good question. I too would like to know. I was planning on keeping some in my garage or shed.

I think they'll be fine. I've got chems stored in a building out on the deck. Some of them have been out there 3 years and seem to do OK.

Liquids , i.e. Stain and Scale, Clarifiers, Etc. may freeze and separate rendering them useless. Check with manufacturer.

What he said, I keep all of my powder/granules in the storage area next to the tub. FOAM out is my only liquid and I bring that inside.

Make sure you have a tight sealed container if you do keep them outside, especially if you are in a snowy area during the winter. I have seen even the powered chemicals clump up because they were outside and not sealed tightly. My recommendation is to place then in a container by the backdoor if you are able to and just bring out the chemicals you will need. This will definitly save the life of them because some of them will go bad faster if not inside!
