Title: BEST  "2-3 person hottub?"
Post by: jamesislander on November 03, 2005, 10:00:05 pm
I'm in the market for a small hottub 2-3 person one.  What company out there offers the most options out there for such a small hottub.  Any ideas??

I wish the moderator would block out the use of word BEST on this forum. It right up there with H@^#N when it comes to words that cause the most touble.

This is such a tough question as it really depends on what 2 or 3 people you are talking about....... ;)

Not saying that it is the best,  but Marquis makes a small tub called the Spirit in the regular line and a 315 tub in their Everyday line that could accomodate 2-3 people. I know also that Master Spas (shhhhh) also makes a small therapy spa that looks nice (can't remember the name but the price was about $6000.). You may find that unless you are really talking about 1 or 2 people using this tub, you may want to move up to a 4-5 person tub.
That would not only give you more room but more flexability. Unless, the footprint of the tub itself is your limiting factor.

Hmmm....what's the web site where this forum is located? Oh yeah, it's http://www.whatsthebest-hottub.com.
People are always going to ask this question simply because of the name of the site. Fortunately, there are plenty of us around that know there is no one best hot tub...or anything else for that matter. ;) And we're willing to let others know this!

Every manufacturer makes small spas.  Yo've gotta let us know what are the ones that are in your market area and we can help with pros and cons.

The Caldera Paradise Kauai is a great option for a 2-3 person spa.  It is unique in that is a smaller spa, but still has 27 Hydro-therapy jets!  It is our #1 seller so far for 2005.

Good Luck

There is no "best". We are very pleased with our Solana TX. No bells & whistles. A good solid tub.

We love our HS Jetsetter. $5095 FWIII start up chems and steps. We did the 220v conversion but I don't believe it was necessary.

So what exactly is the deal with that site (I assume you're involved somehow). You have links to some major spa manufacturers. Are you reselling Beachcomber, Bullfrog, etc. via the internet?

I would take a look at the Dupree Bay By Dimension One spas. It has alot to offer for a two-three person size spa.

The Arctic Spas, Fox  is a great 2-3 person tub, if you are looking for a small tub that  is jetted, sits, and equipt like a full size tub.      The Fox has 2 therapy seats and a lounger.  Also a standard waterfall and 2 lights.   You can get it in a 1 or 2 pump system.

Good Luck in your tub search!

Stan,

Every time you've mentioned the web site, I think you've neglected the - .  That is why spatech was asking his question.  The website with the same name without the - initially starts out with links to all the manufacturers.
